Requirements
- Have experience designing end-to-end Cloud Native platforms for enterprise customers, including non-functional requirements, decision records, C4 diagrams, sizing, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Have more than 3 years of experience with Kubernetes and enterprise distributions, including multi-cluster and multi-site environments.
- Have at least 2 years of experience with one or more of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and IBM Cloud.
- Have experience with hybrid architectures spanning private on-premises clouds and commercial cloud platforms.
- Have in-depth experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform, Ansible, or Crossplane, as well as CI/CD and GitOps.
- Be able to design secure-by-design platforms compliant with frameworks such as CIS, ISO 27001, NIS2, and GDPR.
- Have at least 18 months of experience as a Technical Lead, Technical Project Lead, or architect in consulting or a design department, guiding multiple workstreams and working with project management.
- Be able to present architectures, TCO, and roadmaps to technical and business stakeholders, and contribute to proposals.
- Know relevant service or project management standards or certifications, such as PRINCE2, ITIL, FitSM, or AgilePM.
- Italian native speaker with good professional knowledge of English.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customers’ functional and non-functional requirements.
- Define target architectures and adoption or migration roadmaps.
- Prepare decision records and architecture documentation, including C4 diagrams.
- Size solutions and estimate costs.
- Define security and compliance baselines.
- Lead project workstreams technically and review their work.
- Define responsibilities with customer teams and work closely with project management.
- Support presales by developing proposals and offers.
