Requirements
- Have 5-7 years of product management experience.
- Bring experience from an early-stage startup or fast-moving environment, ideally.
- Have experience optimizing conversion in a B2B2C platform or marketplace.
- Demonstrate fluency with A/B testing, including experiment design and interpreting results.
- Bring a track record of data- and OKR-driven prioritization and decision-making.
- Be comfortable owning relationships with enterprise partners and representing Product in external conversations.
- Use user research to inform product decisions.
- Experience with Mixpanel or similar analytics tools is a plus.
- Experience in insurance or fintech is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize sprint work across features, experiments, technical debt, and requests based on expected impact and effort.
- Organize and refine the backlog, write scoped tasks with requirements and acceptance criteria, and triage incoming bugs.
- Define A/B tests, build dashboards, assess statistical significance, and decide whether to ship, iterate, or stop experiments.
- Write product one-pagers that frame problems, opportunities, proposed solutions, and success metrics.
- Keep projects on schedule and update internal stakeholders on progress, priorities, data, and roadmap decisions.
- Partner with design on user research and competitive analysis.
- Work with insurance carrier partners on requests, integration changes, and performance reporting.
- Represent Product in direct-to-consumer and veterinary partnerships, and identify opportunities aligned with partner needs and company OKRs.
