- Have relevant industry experience, particularly in banking or fintech.
- Bring domain knowledge in fraud prevention or compliance.
- Be proficient in English, from casual chats to formal reports.
- Use a customer-centric approach and show empathy toward users.
Responsibilities
- Design, create, and maintain robust, efficient, and reliable backend services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to architect and implement services from inception to delivery.
- Develop features and capabilities for customers.
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams to deliver solutions.
- Create and maintain user-facing technical documentation.
- Contribute to product and technical roadmaps.
- Refine internal tooling and processes.
