Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on focus on AI/ML applications, specifically LLMs and Generative AI.
- Strong coding skills in Python.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex and with APIs.
- Deep understanding of data flow design, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning for highly regulated content.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of working with UX and Engineering to build tools for complex workflows.
- Experience in Marketing or Marketing Operations, or building products for marketing teams.
- Working understanding of brand strategy, campaign planning, and content production.
- Familiarity with brand-team methods, creative and campaign briefs, agency and studio workflows, brand governance, modular content, content supply chains, omnichannel planning, and launch readiness.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmap for PromoMats capabilities, including AI opportunities.
- Engage brand, marketing operations, medical, and regulatory teams at life sciences companies to understand content workflows and prioritize product requirements.
- Define and track metrics for customer value, MLR review cycles, time to approval, claims auto-link rates, and feature adoption.
- Write specifications and partner with Engineering, UX, and QA through design, build, and release.
- Deliver automation for claims linking, reference substantiation, workflow configuration, content reuse, and AI-assisted content checks while preserving auditability.
- Partner with Vault product teams on connected experiences and enable Sales, Services, and Support with release positioning, demos, and documentation.
