Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of sales experience.
- Have experience with B2C solar sales.
- Understand and pre-qualify leads from raw data.
- A neutral accent is preferred.
- Work the schedule of 9 AM–1 PM UK time, 20 hours per week.
- Use Bling for bulk SMS, MMS, and calls.
- Have a USB headset with noise cancellation.
- Have a working webcam.
- Have main and backup computers with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
- Have a wired main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and backup internet of at least 10 Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads for UK solar campaigns targeting homeowners aged 40+ with mid-to-high affluence profiles.
- Conduct B2C cold calls to homeowners for UK solar campaigns.
- Pre-qualify leads based on interest, property suitability, and buying intent.
- Generate 10–20 qualified leads daily.
- Send email follow-ups.
- Create Excel sheets and reports showing call status and qualified leads.
