Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
- Understand the basic structures of major ad platforms such as Meta, TikTok, or Google.
- Be able to learn new software, dashboards, and platform interfaces quickly.
- Bring analytical skills and comfort working with data and Excel.
- Be able to assess ad hooks and translate performance data into creative briefs.
- Be fluent in English and able to clearly communicate findings.
- Knowledge of online marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, and CPA is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics or tracking tools such as GA4 or Voluum is a plus.
- Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals such as dating, femtech, or telehealth is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily paid acquisition campaigns across channels or DSPs such as Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Support acquisition funnels by implementing tracking and gathering data insights.
- Prepare ad concepts, organize creative assets, and set up audience tests.
- Monitor campaign and funnel performance using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards.
- Analyze and organize performance data, including CPA, ROAS, and retention, for strategic reviews.
- Maintain internal reporting documents and dashboards.
- Share performance findings with the content team to inform creative briefs and asset changes.
- Support landing-page launches and tests with Product and Content teams to improve conversion rates.
- Assist with systems that streamline creative testing and reduce fatigue.
- Research acquisition opportunities and stay current on platform policies and algorithm changes.
