  • Have experience owning an experimentation workflow, from hypothesis development and variant design through result analysis and pattern documentation.
  • Have experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems in Figma, including components, variants, design tokens, documentation, and governance.

  • Be comfortable presenting and defending design decisions using data and business rationale to non-design stakeholders.
  • Be able to overlap meaningfully with US working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a test backlog grounded in customer behavior data, including heatmaps, session replays, funnel drop-off, and post-purchase insights.
  • Partner with the CRO Manager to size, prioritize, and sequence experiments by revenue impact potential.
  • Improve CVR, CTR, AOV, and LTV through design across PDPs, checkout, landing pages, upsell flows, and post-purchase experiences.
  • Set performance benchmarks for major design decisions and translate test results into design principles.
  • Own the Figma component library, design tokens, pattern documentation, and design-system governance.
  • Deliver production-ready designs, specs, interaction notes, and edge-case coverage to the development team.
  • Contribute to sprint planning and grooming by sizing work, flagging risks, and maintaining velocity.
  • Provide design feedback and mentorship to junior designers and help establish shared design ways of working.
