Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Have extensive experience in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis.
- Bring advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Have a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
- Have experience with ERP systems and reporting platforms.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
- Experience in professional services, consulting or project-based environments is preferred.
- Communicate complex financial information clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Build relationships and partner effectively with the business.
- Work comfortably within a global matrix organisation.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, data integrity and strong organizational skills.
- Manage competing priorities and bring a collaborative, proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly financial reporting package for assigned agencies or business units.
- Ensure the completeness, accuracy and integrity of reporting, including P&L, balance sheet and key performance metrics.
- Produce monthly, quarterly and ad hoc management reports for business leadership.
- Review financial information prepared by Global Finance Services and Financial Analysts.
- Deliver commentary on financial performance, risks, opportunities and business drivers.
- Lead forecasting for revenue, margin, utilisation, headcount and operating expenses.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support commercial decisions.
- Analyze profitability by client, project and business unit, and investigate financial variances.
- Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and support commercial decision-making.
- Improve reporting tools, dashboards, financial models, data quality and reporting efficiency.
