Requirements
- Demonstrate curiosity and actively explore AI tools, with a history of integrating new technologies into daily workflows and problem-solving.
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems integrator.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
- Bring a cybersecurity and networking technical background with hands-on experience in network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, and firewalls.
- Industry-standard certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, Network+, CCNP, CCIE, or Security+ are preferred.
- AI fluency with coding assistants, LLMs, and Generative AI tools is preferred, including using them for troubleshooting, solution design, automation, and customer problem-solving while validating outputs with sound technical judgment.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers.
- Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet customer goals and needs.
- Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations.
- Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes.
