- Bonus: Have coursework or experience in statistics, experimentation, or A/B testing.
- Bonus: Have basic familiarity with machine learning or advanced statistical methods.
- Be ready and willing to participate in in-person engagement and travel.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Analytics and Data Science team members and product partners to define questions, success metrics, and measurement plans.
- Analyze product usage and telemetry data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Communicate findings through written analyses, presentations, and recommendations for product and cross-functional teams.
- Build or improve dashboards, reports, and self-serve analyses using SQL, Looker, Amplitude, and Hex.
- Support data quality and telemetry validation to help ensure product data is reliable and well understood.
