Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Be fluent in German.
- Have basic programming skills, such as Python, for building lightweight scripts or automations.
- Show practical interest and hands-on experimentation with large language models and AI tools.
- Have hands-on experience or interest in prompt engineering.
- Break down real-world processes into clear, logical steps.
- Communicate with non-technical stakeholders and translate their feedback into requirements.
- Familiarity with AI or agent frameworks and platforms such as OpenAI or Vertex AI is preferred.
- Interest in process improvement, business operations, digital health, or healthcare is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Translate operational needs and business workflows into clear specifications for AI solutions.
- Design, test, and continuously improve AI workflows using prompt engineering and modern AI techniques.
- Build lightweight automations and integrations between the AI agent and operational data and tools.
- Systematically test agent outputs, document findings, and measure performance improvements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Data, and Platform colleagues on operational requests and process improvements.
