Requirements
- Have worked directly with customers as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or founding engineer at a B2B startup.
- Have presented to enterprise clients.
- Be a strong full-stack product engineer.
- Be comfortable with integrations and APIs.
- Be comfortable with authentication and enterprise plumbing such as SSO and access control.
- Be comfortable with security reviews.
- Operate in European timezones.
- Bonus: Have experience with localization or TMS integrations, brand or marketing tooling, or adtech.
Responsibilities
- Talk to enterprise customers and understand their requirements.
- Decide whether to build a bespoke integration or a product improvement.
- Build bespoke solutions when they unblock an enterprise deal.
- Generalize solutions into product improvements when multiple customers need the same thing.
- Ship end-to-end with little direction.
