- 5+ years of recruiting experience ideally with 2+ years of in house experience.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including 2+ years of in-house experience.
- Have experience recruiting for technical roles, preferably in software and/or hardware engineering.
- Have strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
- Be able to manage multiple searches simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Have experience working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting data.
- Have a BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for software and hardware engineering roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source and engage high-quality technical talent through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Partner with recruiters, coordinators, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive hiring priorities.
- Contribute to recruiting process improvements, documentation, and team initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability.
