Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrating relevant proficiency.
- Have at least 10 years of experience in a title leadership role.
- Bring experience in title insurance and lending services (preferred).
- Demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Be proficient in CSC and NETRO.
- Have experience with corporate document review.
- Demonstrate leadership experience.
- Bring effective communication abilities.
- Show adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Have strong time management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the title clearance team by providing direction, feedback, and support for efficient operations.
- Prioritize tasks, delegate work, and balance resources to meet deadlines and goals.
- Promote team development through training and professional growth opportunities.
- Monitor SLAs to ensure compliance, timely delivery, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary escalation contact, resolving issues promptly and communicating with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
