Requirements
- Have a minimum of 2 years of professional working experience, preferably in a product or similar role.
- Have experience working in a SaaS and/or technology-driven environment.
- Have experience as a product owner or business analyst.
- Have experience with Tableau, SQL, Jira, and Google Suite.
- Bring healthcare knowledge, interest, and/or experience working at a healthcare or health tech company.
- Have experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Be able to work east coast hours.
- Demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Be analytically rigorous, inquisitive, detail-oriented, and results-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Support the Review workflow and notifications areas, including reporting, dashboards, underlying data assets, user needs, and compliance awareness.
- Support backlog, roadmap, and product development operations with the broader product development team.
- Assist with or drive internal user research, data analysis, pilots, experimentation, and requirements gathering.
- Manage bug intake, validation, reproduction, and triage to support timely resolution.
- Draft and update product documentation and user training materials.
- Analyze data to support bug triage and product requirements.
