Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, management consulting, or leading large-scale ERP implementations.
- Bring a strong preference/background in SAP or S/4HANA.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay, including strategic sourcing, purchasing, accounts payable, and vendor management.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Order-to-Cash, including order management, fulfillment, billing, credit, and receivables.
- Demonstrate supply chain expertise in demand planning, warehousing, inventory, and logistics execution.
- Influence stakeholders and manage expectations at Director and C-suite levels.
- Apply structured problem-solving, process mapping, and risk management.
- Produce executive-level reporting.
- Practical experience or interest in automation tools or AI agents is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and map end-to-end process flows across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Supply Chain / Logistics.
- Identify cross-departmental dependencies and assess how localized operational decisions affect ERP core architecture.
- Highlight systemic risks, process gaps, and integration bottlenecks.
- Lead discovery workshops and strategic alignment sessions with executive stakeholders, business unit heads, and process owners.
- Translate enterprise architecture choices into business impacts for non-technical leadership.
- Advise business units on adapting to standardized target operating models in the ERP landscape.
- Deliver executive-level progress reporting, risk registers, and decision trackers.
- Partner with implementation partners and enterprise architects to align solution designs with business strategy.
- Establish process governance structures for scope changes and cross-functional alignment.
