Requirements
- Have a strong background in software engineering.
- Have hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development.
- Have daily commercial experience using Claude Code.
- Have experience in spec-first or specification-driven development environments.
- Understand testing, debugging, code reviews, and software quality controls.
- Be able to verify and challenge AI-generated output.
- Have experience mentoring or upskilling engineering teams.
- OpenSpec, GitHub Spec Kit, or similar specification tooling is highly valued.
- MCP integrations, AI tooling configuration, and agent-based development workflows are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Deliver software solutions from structured specifications.
- Use Claude Code for analysis, development, testing, and documentation.
- Validate and improve AI-generated code using engineering best practices.
- Create reusable prompts, templates, workflows, and AI development assets.
- Troubleshoot and optimize AI-assisted delivery processes.
- Mentor engineers and promote AI-driven development practices across teams.
