Have 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience, preferably in fullstack or backend-oriented roles.
Bring strong commercial experience with Python or Python and Java.
Have practical JavaScript and frontend development experience with a modern framework such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
Understand fullstack application architecture, frontend-backend integration, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
Have strong PostgreSQL experience, including database design, query optimization, indexes, views, functions, and triggers.
Know object-oriented programming, software design principles, and clean code practices.
Have hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
Have experience with CI/CD processes, version control systems, and modern software development practices.
Communicate in English at an advanced level, both in writing and speaking.
Approach technical challenges with a solution-oriented perspective and take ownership of technical solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end fullstack solutions using Python or Python and Java on the backend and JavaScript on the frontend.
Build and enhance responsive user interfaces and integrate them with backend services and APIs.
Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and application components.
Own technical solutions from requirements analysis and architecture design through implementation and deployment.
Design and optimize PostgreSQL database structures, queries, functions, triggers, and views.
Use AI-powered development tools and AI-assisted coding practices to improve development efficiency and code quality.
Build rapid prototypes, validate technical concepts, and deliver solutions.
Participate in technical planning, solution design, testing, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
Collaborate with cross-functional international teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Identify opportunities for improvement and promote clean code, maintainability, and engineering best practices.
