Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of hands-on product design experience.
- Have end-to-end ownership experience with complex SaaS products.
- Have experience shipping real products in startups or small teams and collaborating within established product design teams.
- Provide a portfolio with at least 2–3 detailed case studies showing visual and interaction design, problems, process, shipped outcomes, and measurable impact in B2B workflows.
- Demonstrate deep Figma proficiency, including components, variables, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and library hygiene.
- Have active involvement in code or development-environment prototyping.
- Bring enthusiasm for AI-assisted design and development.
- Have a formal degree.
- Reside in the United States and be available across US time zones.
- Be available for required domestic client travel.
Responsibilities
- Own discovery, interaction design, high-fidelity Figma work, and delivery for a core product area.
- Lead customer discovery and usability sessions and translate findings into product decisions.
- Design multi-step automation workflows, dense tables, and high-stakes decision screens.
- Build AI-native experiences, including uncertainty states, streaming content, user intervention, and graceful error handling.
- Maintain Figma components and design-system assets as the product grows.
- Work in or alongside code through prototyping, AI-assisted development, or contributions to the codebase.
