Job Details

Have 4+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing and e-commerce operations for a direct-to-consumer brand.
Bring deep familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem and apps such as Klaviyo, Rebuy, Gorgias, and Recharge.
Be able to analyze numbers and attribution models and use data to make operational decisions.
Have a strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, attribution tools, and A/B testing methodologies.
Be highly organized and able to balance strategy with day-to-day execution.
Experience in beauty, apparel, or CPG is a nice-to-have.
Basic HTML, CSS, or Liquid knowledge for Shopify theme tweaks is a nice-to-have.
Experience managing email or SMS retention channels through Klaviyo or Attentive is a nice-to-have.

Oversee and optimize paid acquisition channels, including Meta, Google Search and Shopping, TikTok, and Direct Mail.
Manage daily and weekly performance targets for ROAS, MER, CAC, and LTV.
Design and iterate creative testing frameworks with designers and content creators.
Audit and optimize Shopify landing pages, product detail pages, checkout, and upsell flows.
Launch A/B tests on site copy, offers, design, and page speed to improve conversion rate and average order value.
Build campaign landing pages using tools such as Rebuy, Unbounce, or Replo.
Monitor inventory velocity, product margins, stock levels, contribution margins, and platform and app fees.
Partner with fulfillment and logistics teams to track shipping times, landed costs, and delivery satisfaction.
Build and maintain performance dashboards and deliver weekly and monthly summaries with test results, bottlenecks, and action items.
