Job Details

Have 3+ years of relevant experience.
Bring hands-on experience with LLM inference and/or training.
Have experience with SFT fine-tuning workflows.
Have strong Python programming skills.
Have experience with GPU infrastructure.
Have experience using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Have experience with Kubernetes.
Have built and deployed production code within customer environments, including production proofs of concept or MVPs.
Have customer-facing engineering experience, such as in field engineering, applied AI, solutions architecture, AI infrastructure, or machine learning engineering.
Experience limited to closed-model API integrations alone is not a fit.
DPO and/or RFT experience is strongly preferred.

Lead technical discovery calls and scope proofs of concept for enterprise customers.
Run load tests and evaluations to validate model architecture and deployment configurations.
Build end-to-end proofs of concept and production integrations within customer environments.
Guide customers on model selection, fine-tuning strategies, and evaluation frameworks.
Manage relationships across enterprise stakeholders and help align teams to move projects forward.
Share customer feedback and deployment insights with the engineering organization.
