Job Details

Have 6+ years of WordPress and front-end development experience; agency experience is preferred.
Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in PHP, CSS, HTML, and Bootstrap.
Have high proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery.
Know WordPress core concepts, hooks, filters, actions, shortcodes, and theme architecture.
Have experience with the Gutenberg editor and WordPress database troubleshooting.
Be familiar with Nitropack, Gravity Forms, ACF, and Yoast SEO.
Be comfortable with WP Engine hosting, backups, error logs, and domain management.
Have advanced ACF and Gravity Forms implementation experience.
Be able to build custom animations and interactive elements.
Translate Figma designs into code and apply responsive design and accessibility standards.
Be proficient with Slack, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, ClickUp, and Zoom.
Provide a portfolio showing WordPress sites with custom functionality and complex design implementation.

Build high-performance law firm websites using the proprietary Gutenberg-based WordPress theme.
Manage 2–4 concurrent projects from build through post-launch edits.
Develop custom templates and functionality.
Translate complex Figma designs into responsive WordPress experiences.
Handle client request tickets, troubleshoot issues, and execute post-development refinements.
Partner with design, project management, account management, SEO, and social teams.
Establish QA processes for accessibility, performance, and security.
Improve workflows and enhance the proprietary theme library with reusable components and features.
Mentor junior developers through reviews and knowledge sharing.
Maintain coding standards, documentation, and current WordPress practices.
