Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Have hands-on experience with Looker Studio or other BI tools.
- Have a strong understanding of data wrangling, pipelines, and visualization best practices.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bring analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Be able to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable data models in BigQuery and Looker Studio.
- Develop dashboards and reports for board-level decisions.
- Automate monthly reporting processes and implement data validation logic.
- Integrate AI and automation into analytics workflows.
- Monitor data accuracy, quality, and timeliness across reports and dashboards.
- Suggest and implement improvements to analytics processes.
- Build and optimize automated data pipelines for data collection and integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Document insights and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Stay current with tools, methodologies, and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
