Requirements
- Hold an active, unrestricted FNP license in Ohio.
- Hold an active and verifiable FNP license in the state or states where you practice, and in your state of residence if it is not Ohio.
- Have at least 2 years of experience, ideally in addiction; relevant prior experience may be considered for candidates with less than 2 years as an FNP.
- Have experience prescribing Suboxone.
- Hold active DEA registration.
- Be willing to obtain multi-state licensure; the cost is covered by Affect.
- Be comfortable using technology, including EHRs and mobile apps.
- Have a quiet, private office and reliable internet connection for HIPAA-compliant telehealth visits.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations.
- Deliver care for substance use disorders.
- Prescribe medications as appropriate and answer member questions.
- Complete documentation in the Healthie EHR.
- Collaborate with the care team and attend occasional scheduled team meetings.
