Job Details

Experience: 4+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role
Required Skills: Microsoft ExcelGoogle Sheets

Bring 4+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
Have a strong foundation in financial modeling and forecasting.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets modeling.
Have experience working with CRM systems and BI tools.
Be comfortable driving ambiguous initiatives to completion with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate negotiation and communication skills and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
Preferred: experience in a high-growth startup or venture-backed technology company.
Preferred: experience administering sales commission calculations, reconciliation, and dispute resolution.
Preferred: experience building pricing and deal models for sales negotiations.
Preferred: experience analyzing marketing ROI and unit economics, including CAC, payback period, and LTV.
Preferred: working knowledge of US GAAP and financial operations.
Preferred: experience in AI infrastructure, cloud, or data centers.

Build and maintain pipeline analytics and revenue projection models for sales and executive leadership.
Partner with Sales on pricing guidance and deal modeling for complex or non-standard deals.
Administer the sales commission plan, including accurate and timely calculations and payouts.
Analyze marketing spend ROI, CAC, payback period, and other unit economics to inform channel budgets.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to align on targets, metric definitions, and reporting standards.
Identify and implement improvements to sales and GTM reporting infrastructure and processes.
