Requirements
- Bring 8+ years of technical program management experience within software engineering or another highly technical environment.
- Have experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple product development teams and senior stakeholders.
- Understand software development lifecycles and system architecture.
- Have knowledge of artificial intelligence, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern engineering practices.
- Be able to engage effectively with senior leaders and evaluate technical trade-offs.
- Be able to navigate complex challenges in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Have communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Be able to influence executive-level decisions and drive measurable outcomes.
- Preferred: experience in a Mag 7, FAANG, high-growth, or startup environment.
- Preferred: experience managing complex technical programs in a client-facing, consulting, or professional services environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex, large-scale technical programs across multiple development teams, products, and organizations.
- Oversee the program portfolio, including timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, and critical blockers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress, and drive alignment.
- Partner with senior leaders to navigate challenges, evaluate technical trade-offs, and inform decisions.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business implications and facilitate strategic discussions and cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement for high-quality, predictable delivery.
