Job Details

Experience: 10+ years' experience leading large-scale SAP transformation programmes.
Required Skills: SAP

10+ years' experience leading large-scale SAP transformation programmes.
Proven delivery of multiple full lifecycle SAP programmes, including ECC and S/4HANA implementations and global rollouts.
Experience leading programmes from discovery, business case and roadmap development through deployment and stabilisation.
Strong knowledge of SAP transformation approaches, including Greenfield, Brownfield and Bluefield.
Ability to manage executive stakeholders, governance, programme planning, risks, dependencies and delivery teams.
Experience managing System Integrators, third-party partners and programme commercials.
Strong consulting or client-facing background, including articulating value-based propositions and leading large proposals.
Experience working in global delivery environments, including offshore teams.
Experience coaching, mentoring and developing programme team members.
Retail industry experience preferred.

Lead discovery, business case development and transformation roadmap development.
Shape transformation and architecture options.
Lead programme mobilisation, design, implementation, deployment and stabilisation.
Take accountability for end-to-end ERP programme delivery.
Advise senior executives on strategic choices.
Manage executive stakeholders, governance, programme planning, risks and dependencies.
Lead delivery teams, including offshore teams in global delivery environments.
Manage System Integrators, third-party partners and programme commercials.
Lead large proposals and articulate value-based propositions.
Coach, mentor and develop programme team members.
