Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social.
- Bring experience in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing or regulated category; this is preferred.
- Be fluent in platform-native communication across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.
- Understand SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
- Be able to make boring or stressful categories feel human, authentic, and worth following.
- Take a patient, long-term approach and value organic trust over quick PR wins.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow Jerry’s organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Develop a playbook for when and how Jerry should post, reply, or stay silent in each community.
- Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
- Build a scalable content and engagement strategy that preserves authenticity, using AI where it helps.
- Work with the Growth and Content teams to ensure consistency across channels.
- Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.
