Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Have 3+ years as a Social Media Manager for a DTC, Shopify, or e-commerce brand.
- Have exceptional familiarity and knowledge with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
- Have solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights.
- Have deep experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, content management systems (CMS), and social media management tools.
- Demonstrate professional fluency in English, including written, reading, and speaking skills.
- Be able to work Monday to Friday, eight hours per day, in any US time zone.
- Have previous experience working the overnight or graveyard shift.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media campaigns and schedules from scratch, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
- Brainstorm and create or design images, videos or reels, and written content for posting.
- Create and implement a content calendar covering giveaways, campaigns, and collaborations.
- Track and measure social media KPIs, including impressions, follower growth, engagement, and CTR, and provide regular reports to the team.
- Optimize social media campaigns using A/B testing and analytics insights.
- Engage with and respond to social media comments and questions in the brand’s voice and in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity on social media.
- Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed.
