Requirements
- Have at least 6 years of experience designing software products in a product-focused environment.
- Provide shipped projects demonstrating your approach, decision-making, and impact.
- Show a strong portfolio in product design, visual communication, and interaction design.
- Demonstrate experience leading design initiatives with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Have experience designing complex software workflows; B2B SaaS, productivity tools, or sales technology experience is preferred.
- Understand how to design AI-powered experiences that connect advanced capabilities with human needs and user intent.
- Have strong prototyping skills and proficiency with Figma.
- Be comfortable working with code and familiar with GitHub and AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, and Cursor.
- Have experience building, maintaining, or evolving design systems.
- Be able to work effectively in a distributed team and collaborate across time zones.
- Be available to work within the GMT-3 to GMT+3 time-zone range.
Responsibilities
- Shape product strategy and contribute to decisions about product direction, visual identity, interaction design, and user experience.
- Lead product design projects end to end, from identifying user problems and defining requirements through prototyping, implementation, and release.
- Design user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for new features and product improvements.
- Translate complex workflows and technical capabilities into clear experiences for B2B sales professionals.
- Design AI-powered interactions that support efficient work while maintaining transparency, control, and alignment with user intentions.
- Collaborate with engineers, product stakeholders, and the founding team to support high-quality implementation and consistent execution.
- Translate designs into production-ready code when appropriate, independently or with developers.
- Conduct customer research through direct user conversations and collaboration with Sales and Customer Support teams.
- Build, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems.
- Participate in design critiques and contribute to product and brand visual direction.
