Requirements
- Have call center experience within the past 2 years.
- Be able to adapt an English accent to American English.
- Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Have excellent communication and interpretation abilities.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or equivalent software.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Have strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Be able to work independently and within a team.
- Be familiar with CRM tools or similar platforms.
- Have a reliable internet connection with a minimum 10 MBPS download/upload and a functional home office setup.
- Have a computer meeting the listed PC or Mac specifications and at least 8 GB RAM.
- Have a quiet workspace suitable for professional phone or video calls.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Generate leads and set appointments.
- Close sales and meet or exceed KPIs.
- Accurately update CRM systems with client information and progress.
