Job Details

Have experience in a QA leadership or senior QA role, focused on test automation in Agile/DevOps environments.
Bring strong expertise in automation frameworks such as SpecFlow or Reqnroll.
Have strong programming and scripting skills, particularly in C#.
Have hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Be familiar with containerization and cloud-based testing environments, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Understand modern QA methodologies, automation strategies, continuous integration, and shift-left testing.
Be able to design scalable, maintainable automation frameworks and effective testing processes.
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on continuous quality improvement.
Have communication and stakeholder-management skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrate leadership, mentoring, coaching, and workload-management capabilities.

Establish and improve QA standards, frameworks, processes, and practices aligned with Agile and DevOps principles.
Define automated testing strategies for functional, integration, and performance testing.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and reliable releases.
Monitor automation coverage, effectiveness, and quality metrics, and report recommendations to stakeholders.
Embed quality practices in Agile ceremonies and partner with DevOps teams on deployment and delivery pipelines.
Promote shift-left testing and continuous quality across the software development lifecycle.
Support test environments and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams on quality objectives, compliance requirements, and delivery standards.
Mentor and coach QA team members and help manage workloads across projects.
