Requirements
- Have 2–5 years of relevant subject-matter experience.
- Hold a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or have equivalent experience.
- Have relevant Azure and/or AWS certifications or equivalent experience.
- Have solid experience configuring and maintaining Cisco routing and switching.
- Experience supporting OSI layers 1–4 is highly preferred.
- Have experience supporting and managing security policies in a PCI-compliant environment.
- Use troubleshooting and analytical skills to help resolve incidents and determine root causes.
- SD-WAN knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of Wireshark, SolarWinds, ServiceNow, and/or ADO is helpful.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, support, and optimize network infrastructure to support products and solutions for clients.
- Resolve service requests, incidents, problem tasks, and changes related to the network infrastructure.
- Participate in network device hardware and software upgrades.
- Remediate vulnerabilities and respond to incidents and alerts to support security and compliance requirements.
- Perform operational run activities, including standardization initiatives and routine compliance tasks.
- Contribute to capacity planning and network monitoring enhancements.
- Monitor client telecom circuits and coordinate with carriers and vendors to resolve incidents and optimize service.
- Join triage and incident bridge calls and provide after-hours and weekend network support through an on-call rotation.
- Provide technical consulting to internal and external customers.
