Requirements
- Have 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter; staffing agency experience is preferred.
- Have excellent knowledge of an area of expertise, including market status, trends, and best practices.
- Know sourcing techniques such as social media recruiting and Boolean search.
- Be able to conduct different types of interviews.
- Have experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels.
- Have hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases.
- Have organizational and time-management abilities.
- Have communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
- Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media.
- Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants’ abilities.
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
- Guide candidates and facilitate the negotiation process through completion.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed.
- Network and build long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to company development and change management.
