Full understanding of clinical trials, deliverables, timelines, and protocol visits in a remote setting.
Proficient working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective leadership and team-building skills.
Ability to work independently with little guidance and in a team environment.
Client relationship-building and third-party relationship-management skills.
Ability to multitask and provide customer service to high quality standards.
Occasional domestic and international travel.

Develop study-specific plans, training materials, and timelines for assigned projects.
Coordinate internal teams and provide recommendations, risk assessments, and mitigation planning.
Evaluate healthcare professionals' qualifications, licensure, and CVs for project involvement.
Ensure remote study activities conducted by healthcare professionals comply with local regulations and laws.
Serve as the client and project-team contact for questions, concerns, and escalations.
Represent the department in internal and external meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives.
Mentor, guide, and support junior team members.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and, as needed, bidding or bid defense opportunities.
