Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or a closely related field.
- Bring high proficiency in Excel, including Power Query.
- Have experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce.
- Have hands-on experience with a business intelligence tool such as Power BI or a comparable platform.
- Demonstrate the ability to audit, validate, and maintain data accuracy across reporting workflows.
- Have a reliable home office setup and self-directed work habits for this fully remote role.
- Preferred: Experience supporting sales operations or working alongside sales and marketing teams.
- Preferred: Familiarity with data lake environments or enterprise data extraction processes.
- Preferred: Exposure to documenting reporting processes or supporting tool migrations.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses tracking pipeline activity, customer trends, and sales performance.
- Extract and transform data from Salesforce, data lake and warehouse systems, and business intelligence platforms.
- Run routine data audits and validation checks to identify gaps and inconsistencies.
- Partner with Retail, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Bid, IT, and other teams to understand reporting needs and troubleshoot data issues.
- Deliver timely insights to cross-functional teams.
- Document reporting processes and support tool maintenance.
- Look for ways to improve how reporting data is built and shared.
