Experience
6 Months to 3 Years in Permanent Recruitment.

Requirements

  • Have 6 months to 3 years of experience as a recruiter in permanent recruitment.
  • Have full-cycle recruiting experience, including CV sourcing, talent search, interview coordination, and attracting candidates through hiring.
  • Have worked as an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter.
  • Have familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate management systems (CMS).
  • Have hands-on experience with recruiting software and HRIS or HRMS.
  • Be able to conduct face-to-face, video, telephone, competency-based, stress, and technical interviews.
  • Have experience with video and phone interviewing and reference checks.
  • Have typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with at least 98% accuracy.
  • Provide a laptop, WiFi, and smartphone.
  • Have 10th and 12th schooling from a reputed school; an English-medium school is preferred.
  • Have graduated from a reputed institution; a computer-related field of study is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Find and attract candidates using sources such as Naukri.com, Times Jobs, Shine, and Indeed.
  • Manage candidates using an applicant tracking system.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and selection processes.
  • Develop and acquire new clients.
  • Help clients attract, hire, and retain employees while building a talent pipeline.
