Have 5+ years of proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner.
Bring experience from a staffing agency or recruitment consultancy, preferably.
Have a record of successfully leading teams of senior recruiters and sourcers.
Demonstrate a history of bringing quality clients through business development.
Have excellent knowledge of an area of expertise, including market status, trends, and best practices.
Have solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search.
Have hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems recruiting software and candidate databases.
Demonstrate data-driven communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to prioritize, work proactively, and show initiative.

Manage a team of recruiters and sourcers and support talent acquisition.
Develop the business by bringing in quality clients.
Partner with customers to understand strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
Design and customize hiring stages for each position.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media.
Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profile summaries.
Guide and facilitate negotiations through completion.
Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed.
Build long-lasting client relationships and contribute to company development and change management.
