- Follow the Microsoft Manual of Style and Minimalism.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in parallel.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, concise, user-friendly product manuals and knowledge base articles.
- Translate complex technical concepts into plain language.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and error-free.
- Own the documentation lifecycle from planning through publishing.
- Identify and close knowledge gaps to support product releases and users.
- Align documentation delivery with release timelines and priorities.
- Use feedback and metrics to improve content quality and coverage.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Implementation teams to gather information.
- Ensure documentation addresses real-world customer use cases.
- Share updates and collect feedback from internal stakeholders.
