Requirements
- Hold a BS degree in Engineering, Food Science, Poultry Science, or Meat Science.
- Have 1+ years of experience with technical concepts involving computers, software, and robotics principles.
- Be able to creatively translate customer requirements into practical applications.
- Be willing to travel approximately 90% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers on site at their food production facilities.
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements.
- Assess customer production lines and provide feedback for process improvement.
- Locate information and resources, explore options, and identify solutions.
- Manipulate portioning system software to meet customer needs.
- Measure data, analyze trends, and communicate results.
- Coordinate customer visits based on department priorities and strategic programs.
