Requirements
- Hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Be board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Be MQSA-qualified and meet all continuing education requirements.
- Be eligible for medical licensure in applicable states.
- Fellowship training in Breast Imaging is preferred.
- Work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; no call or weekends.
Responsibilities
- Interpret screening mammography examinations in accordance with established quality and clinical standards.
- Interpret diagnostic mammography studies and provide clear, concise, and actionable reports.
- Collaborate with referring providers and breast care teams as needed to support patient care.
- Maintain compliance with MQSA, ACR, state, and organizational requirements.
- Participate in quality assurance and peer review activities.
- Ensure timely report turnaround while maintaining diagnostic accuracy.
