Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of senior management experience.
- Demonstrate experience leading and regionally or nationally scaling a performance- and outcomes-based organization and staff.
- Provide specific examples of developing and operationalizing strategies that advanced an organization to its next stage of growth.
- Show commitment to quality programs and data-driven program evaluation.
- Bring organizational management experience, including coaching and developing staff and managing high-performance teams.
- Be able to set and achieve strategic objectives and manage a budget.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and multidisciplinary project skills.
- Bring an adaptable, entrepreneurial, and innovative approach to business planning.
- Work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Be self-directed and demonstrate commitment to the organization's mission.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end OKR process and align organizational goals with team performance.
- Contribute to annual strategic planning and translate leadership vision into actionable plans.
- Represent the Co-Executive Directors in high-level meetings.
- Assist the Co-Executive Directors with relationships involving partners, investors, and key clients.
- Coordinate leadership preparation for public appearances, media interviews, high-profile meetings, and events.
- Create action plans for Political Data Managers collecting candidate and endorsement data.
- Clarify political strategy questions and help determine where the organization should focus its efforts.
- Facilitate communication about political data strategy and accomplishments across WeVote teams.
- Review team work product and propose ways to improve efficiency.
- Report political data status in meetings and by email, and help refine political campaign strategy, including focus on specific states and major 2026 races.
