Requirements
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing advanced Power Apps applications for business or program teams.
- Experience integrating Power Apps with Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, and other data sources.
- Experience building Power BI dashboards with multiple data sources, including data transformation, modeling, and validation.
- Experience integrating Microsoft Azure DevOps with Power Platform solutions for reporting, workflow automation, and performance metrics.
- Ability to troubleshoot and improve application performance, usability, security, and maintainability.
- Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), particularly portfolio management and execution concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple development priorities across teams and programs and independently translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking, technical judgment, problem-solving, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy and application quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification preferred.
- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification preferred.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain advanced Power Apps for product management, project tracking, documentation, portfolio activities, and operational workflows.
- Translate business requirements into functional, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Manage development backlogs, deliver iterative enhancements, and communicate progress, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
- Integrate Power Apps with Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, and approved data sources.
- Troubleshoot application performance, usability, data quality, integrations, permissions, and security.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and troubleshoot existing automations.
- Build Power BI dashboards, transform and model data, and validate reporting accuracy.
- Use Azure DevOps data and reporting capabilities for portfolio management, backlog tracking, delivery monitoring, and performance measurement.
- Collaborate with program teams, analysts, product owners, and leadership to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and refine deliverables.
- Develop technical documentation and guide user adoption, knowledge transfer, and solution maintenance.
