Requirements
- Hold a Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform Developer Associate certification (PL-400 or higher).
- Have 3+ years of software development experience using object-oriented languages such as Java, C#, or C++, including at least 2 years of direct Java experience.
- Have 3+ years of experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Appian, Salesforce, or ServiceNow; Microsoft Power Platform experience is strongly desired.
- Have 3+ years of experience developing on relational database platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or MariaDB.
- Have 3+ years of data modeling experience, including creating and modifying standard and custom objects.
- Have 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Have 3+ years of experience with JSON, XML, SOAP, REST, and APIs supporting low-code/no-code solutions.
- Have 3+ years of experience on agile delivery teams and in testing, debugging, root cause analysis, and authoring technical artifacts.
- Have 3+ years of experience using Git for branching, merging, code reviews, and pull requests.
- Have 2+ years of experience deploying Microsoft Power Platform applications.
- U.S. Citizen.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional agile teams to analyze and deliver user stories, features, and enhancements.
- Develop customized solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Design, code, and implement applications aligned with business requirements and technical best practices.
- Write unit tests and confirm functionality meets acceptance criteria.
- Define development goals, estimates, and timelines for agile delivery planning.
- Test application stability, performance, and functionality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, including bugs and integration problems.
- Create technical documentation and deliver training to end users or project teams.
- Maintain application integrity and security in accordance with enterprise standards.
