Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Have more than 5 years of experience with Java and the Spring framework.
- Have experience performing software quality assurance activities, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing and peer reviews.
- Have knowledge and experience with iterative/agile project delivery methods.
- Be able to work normal European office hours.
- Knowledge of Amazon AWS development environments is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop new and expand existing web-based functionalities.
- Apply object-oriented design principles and software design patterns to support reusability and maintainability.
- Implement detailed application designs provided by the System/Solution Architect.
- Follow version control, build and release processes, and coding standards.
- Participate in design and code walkthroughs, review feedback, and incorporate it into design and code artifacts.
- Maintain technical documentation for development tasks.
- Work with team members to identify potential application design and delivery risks, and communicate project status, issues, and risks.
- Perform unit and integration tests and resolve resulting issues and bugs.
- Develop business systems with the architect using the Java/J2EE framework.
- Maintain existing applications and provide technical support, responding to user support and enhancement requests.
