Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in software development, system architecture, and/or solution design.
- Experience designing complex enterprise solutions.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, integration, and integration patterns.
- Practical experience with .NET/C#, Azure, and SQL Server, or a similar enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of messaging and system integration technologies such as IBM MQ or Kafka.
- Experience with microservices or distributed systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience collaborating with development teams and providing technical leadership.
- Strong communication skills, including communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical approach and ability to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop architecture for complex software solutions.
- Analyze business needs, new functionality, and customer and regulatory requirements.
- Translate requirements into solution designs, technical architecture, and estimates.
- Ensure new solutions fit the existing technology ecosystem.
- Design integrations between systems and applications.
- Collaborate with development teams and support implementation.
- Make and recommend technology decisions.
- Identify technical risks and performance or scalability issues, and propose solutions.
- Prepare and maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, and project documents.
- Coordinate architectural work across multiple initiatives at different stages.
