Requirements
- Demonstrate exceptional written communication, editing, and typing proficiency in both French and English.
- Be available to work 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Be reachable online from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the first 10 business days for training scheduling and setup support.
- An undergraduate degree, associate or bachelor’s, is preferred.
- Have a reliable computer running Windows 10 or newer, or macOS Catalina or newer.
- Have high-speed internet.
- Demonstrate strong critical-thinking and analytical skills and objective judgment in accordance with model guidelines.
- Be able to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and complex feedback in writing.
- Have strong attention to detail and reading-comprehension skills.
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and correct responses relating to business content and terminology.
- Suggest improvements to responses using natural language and critical thought.
- Review, score, and improve AI-generated responses.
- Evaluate prompts and responses across a wide range of topics.
- Perform quality checks on other annotators’ work and provide feedback.
