Requirements
- Have exceptional written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and reading comprehension.
- Evaluate written content objectively while following detailed instructions.
- Be a proactive problem-solver comfortable working independently.
- Be comfortable using VPNs, navigating web platforms, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
- Work 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with flexible daily hours.
- During the first 10 business days, be reachable online between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM for onboarding.
- Have a reliable computer running Windows 10+ or macOS Catalina+ and high-speed internet.
- An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated marketing recommendations, advertising guidance, and campaign insights for relevance, clarity, and usefulness.
- Draft, edit, and correct AI responses related to business terminology.
- Apply critical thought to ensure accuracy and natural language flow in AI responses.
- Identify improvement areas in AI-powered marketing and business support tools through structured feedback.
