Requirements
- Have exceptional written communication skills in both Korean and English.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and reading comprehension.
- Evaluate written content objectively while following detailed instructions.
- Work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Be comfortable using VPNs and navigating web platforms.
- Be able to troubleshoot basic tech issues.
- Have a reliable computer running Windows 10 or later, or macOS Catalina or later.
- Have high-speed internet.
- An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Work 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible daily hours.
- Be reachable online between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM during the first 10 business days for onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated marketing recommendations, advertising guidance, and campaign insights for relevance, clarity, and usefulness.
- Draft, edit, and correct AI responses related to business terminology.
- Apply critical thought to ensure accuracy and natural language flow in AI responses.
- Identify improvement areas and provide structured feedback on AI-powered marketing and business support tools.
