Experience: 5 years combined experience in supply chain operations management, logistics in an ecommerce company.

Have 5 years of combined experience in supply chain operations management and logistics in an e-commerce company.
Have experience in a similar position in an e-commerce/Amazon FBA and FBM environment.
Have proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.
Have experience working with a startup company or culture.
Be proficient in data analysis and reporting.
Have advanced-level Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
Be able to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.

Develop reordering forecasts and lead inventory planning across marketplaces.
Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate shipments with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, 3PL partners, and Amazon.
Monitor shipment timelines and reconcile inbound inventory.
Optimize storage and logistics costs across distribution channels.
Manage supplier and logistics partner relationships and negotiate quotations through competitive bidding.
Oversee purchase orders and set up products and vendors in internal systems.
Oversee daily supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment operations.
Design and implement SOPs to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Use data analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
